What is the difference between Faux Suede, Faux Linen and Poly Twill?
Faux Suede has the smoothest, softest and most subtly brushed surface.
Faux Linen provides a more natural, linen-inspired textured appearance while still being made from polyester.
Poly Twill is a versatile 100% polyester option designed for soft everyday comfort and vibrant printed colour.
Is Faux Linen made from real linen?
No. The Faux Linen pillow is made from 100% polyester. It is designed to provide a linen-inspired appearance rather than being made from natural linen fibres.
Is Faux Suede made from animal suede?
No. the Faux Suede material is an animal-friendly polyester microfiber material.
Do the pillows include an insert?
Yes. All three pillow options include a polyester insert.
The Faux Suede insert is made from recycled polyester material, while Faux Linen and Poly Twill use soft polyester-fibre filling designed to provide a plush and supportive feel.
Can the pillow insert be removed?
Yes. All three styles feature a zipper that allows the insert to be removed for care and maintenance. Faux Linen and Poly Twill specifically describe this as a removable insert, while Faux Suede uses a concealed zipper around its removable cover.
Why is the Faux Suede insert larger than the cover?
We deliberately supply the Faux Suede insert approximately 2–3 inches larger than the cover to give the assembled pillow extra volume and a fuller appearance.
Are the pillows printed on both sides?
All 3 pillows have double-sided printing.
What printing method is used?
All three pillow types use dye-sublimation printing.
This method is designed to produce smooth, vibrant and fade-resistant colour on polyester-based materials.
Which pillow feels the softest?
If you prefer a smooth, softly brushed finish, Faux Suede is likely to be the best choice.
For a more linen-like visual texture, choose Faux Linen.
Poly Twill provides a versatile soft polyester finish with supportive filling.
Which size should I choose?
Choose 16 × 16" for a compact accent, 18 × 18" for a versatile everyday pillow, or 20 × 20" when you want a fuller statement or a larger back layer.
Which set should I choose?
Choose a Single when adding one accent or mixing several designs.
Choose a Set of 2 for an easy balanced arrangement.
Choose a Set of 4 when styling a larger bed or sofa and you want a fuller look.
How should I clean my Faux Suede pillow?
Remove the cover first.
For stains, we recommend pre-treating the area using a soft cloth or soft-bristle brush soaked in warm soapy water.
Machine wash at a maximum of 40°C / 104°F on a normal cycle.
Do not bleach. Tumble dry on low. Do not dry clean. Iron, steam or dry only at low heat.
Fluff the pillow back into shape after replacing the insert.
How should I clean my Faux Linen pillow?
The Faux Linen instructions are essentially the same:
Remove the cover and pre-treat stains with a soft cloth or soft-bristle brush dipped in warm soapy water.
Machine wash at a maximum of 40°C / 104°F on a normal cycle.
Do not bleach. Tumble dry on low. Do not dry clean. Iron or steam using low heat only.
Fluff the pillow back into shape when reassembling it.
How should I clean my Poly Twill pillow?
Spot clean whenever possible. For deeper cleaning, follow the care label supplied with your pillow. If machine washing is permitted by the label, use cold water on a gentle cycle with mild detergent and tumble dry on low.
Can the Faux Suede and Faux Linen pillows go in the tumble dryer?
Yes, you can tumble dry on low for both.
Can I bleach my pillow?
For Faux Suede and Faux Linen, do not bleach.
For Poly Twill, follow the sewn-in care label but most likely also do not bleach.
Can I dry clean my pillow?
Do not dry clean Faux Suede or Faux Linen.
The Poly Twill pillow will most likely be the same but follow the product's care label.
Can I iron the pillow cover?
Faux Suede and Faux Linen may be ironed or steamed using low heat only.

Will the print fade?
All three products use dye-sublimation as a method for producing vivid, fade-resistant colour.
As with any printed textile, I'd still avoid prolonged intense direct sunlight if preserving colour is important.
Does the pillow have a visible zipper?
The pillow covers use concealed or hidden zipper closures designed to maintain a clean appearance. Faux Suede specifically uses a beige plastic zipper with a metal head.
Will the pillow hold its shape?
The polyester fibre used in Faux Linen and Poly Twill as providing supportive comfort while maintaining its shape over time. Faux Suede receives an intentionally oversized insert to create additional fullness.
Are the pillow dimensions exact?
The listed size refers to the cover dimensions.
Faux Suede has a ±1 inch size tolerance, so slight production variations may occur.
Are all three materials available in 16", 18" and 20"?
Yes. the 16 × 16", 18 × 18" and 20 × 20" size are available for Faux Linen, and those sizes fall within the available ranges for Faux Suede and Poly Twill as well.
Are these pillows suitable as gifts?
Yes. Their removable insert, decorative printed cover and range of sizes make them suitable as home décor gifts.
